Teamwill Group, headquartered in Puteaux near Paris (France), is a leading international provider of business and IT solutions in the field of credit and specialized financing—particularly for banks, automotive captives, and financial services providers. Teamwill Consulting Germany GmbH focuses on the German market and supports automotive manufacturers, banks, and financial institutions in developing and implementing innovative business models in areas such as automotive finance, leasing, vehicle subscription services, and comprehensive mobility and credit solutions.

As part of our continued growth in Germany, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Lead (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically building up the sales function and actively establishing new client relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and further develop new client relationships while expanding existing partnerships in line with the company’s strategy—particularly with leading brands and financial institutions

  • Position and actively promote Teamwill Group’s portfolio and solutions in the German market, with a focus on asset finance, leasing, and automotive financing

  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle—from identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts through to successfully closing deals with defined target clients; including account planning, sales strategy development, budget planning, country target setting, and performance tracking

  • Actively manage and support clients on-site across Germany, while representing Teamwill Group at trade fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with international teams (Marketing, Consulting, Product Management) to ensure successful solution launches, project delivery, and the effective leveraging of group-wide synergies

  • Regularly align with the broader organization on reporting and forecasting to ensure transparency and continuously optimize sales and business development activities

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • Several years of sales experience in finance, leasing, or financial services, ideally with an established network among banks, captive finance companies, or automotive manufacturers

  • Proven success in acquiring new clients and expanding B2B partnerships

  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a self-motivated, results-driven approach to work

  • Strong presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills at executive level

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Willingness to travel within Germany

  • Ideally, experience in the automotive finance environment as well as a strong interest in emerging mobility models
