Your Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong functional expertise in Alfa (auto finance platform), capable of leading end-to-end requirements, structuring business needs, and supporting integration projects across financial institutions.
As part of our delivery teams, I will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT counterparts, and international clients to ensure high-quality functional design, documentation, and implementation.
If I join Teamwill as an Alfa Business Analyst, I will be responsible for :
Business Analysis & Functional Design
Model business processes using tools such as Miro, Visio, or BPMN.
Create clear as-is and to-be process maps, highlighting integrations, handoffs, and decision points.
Structure requirements using prioritization methods such as MoSCoW.
Produce detailed deliverables: requirement lists, user stories, design documents, and traceability matrices.
Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and Alfa standard functionalities.
Expertise in Auto Finance & Alfa
Demonstrate understanding of the end-to-end auto finance lifecycle: origination, credit, funding, servicing, termination, remarketing.
Work within Alfa configuration boundaries, identifying what should be handled in Alfa vs. external components (CRM, dealer portals, payment providers, tax engines like Vertex).
Be familiar with Alfa modules such as origination, contract management, collections, and accounting.
Translate business needs into Alfa terminology and configuration concepts (charges, products, workflows).
Technical Awareness
Understand system integration concepts: APIs, file transfers, real-time vs batch interactions.
Be familiar with downstream systems such as general ledger, CRM, tax engines, reporting, and credit bureaus.
Have basic knowledge of key data structures (customers, contracts, vehicles, dealers, payments).
Soft Skills
Facilitation: conduct design workshops efficiently and confidently.
Communication: explain technical and functional concepts in a clear and structured way.
Documentation: produce high-quality deliverables with strong traceability and clarity.
Job requirements

I have experience as a Business Analyst in consulting, financial services, or software implementation.
I have hands-on exposure to auto finance, lending systems, or leasing platforms (Alfa experience is an advantage, not mandatory).
I am comfortable working on functional design, requirement gathering, and business process modeling.
I can communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
I am proactive, analytical, and able to structure complex information clearly.
I am fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
