As part of our development, we are looking within Teamwill Tunis for an experienced technical-functional consultants in order to evolve in a motivating work environment, within a team committed to collaborative work.

If I become a Techno-functional consultant, I will be responsible for:

• Defining and validating customization needs for software products as per agreed business definitions.

• Building specification documents, when needed, for local development and ensure technical consultants have a clear understanding of these specifications.

• Preparing configuration and delivering solutions

• Preparing and performing the functional tests to support User Acceptance test.

• Ensuring test sign off, business acceptance test and system integration test.

• Demonstrating strong stakeholder management skills with all contacts.

• Conducting the user trainings which includes design, customization, and update of training tool kit.

• Supporting our customers, ensuring your experience and expertise is available at key stages of delivery to meet our clients’ needs and build trusted partnerships.

• Comprehension of the client business requirements and relate them to software solution’s design.

• Identifying and validating any gaps together with solution proposal (e.g., workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project.

• Embody Teamwill values, mission, and culture to drive successful delivery of customer solutions in a sustainable way.

This opportunity is for me, if:

• I am Fluent in English – Bilingual is a plus.

• I have bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Business; or equivalent work experience is required.

• I have experience of quality management tools (Service now, Jira) and wikis (Confluence).

• I have experience of working in an agile and fast-moving environment, cross-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.

• I am a good analysis and adaptation skills - technical acquaintance is a plus.

• I have an experience in Leasing or Asset or Automotive Finance Software implementation projects (Alfa, Cassiopae, Linedata (EKIP), Miles) is a plus.

• I have an experience with a multinational company with a geographical distributed model (Is a plus).

• I have a certification In Methodologies / Frameworks or languages (Is a plus).
