Job Title: Solution Analyst EKIP (Linedata)
Level: Medior (3-5 years of experience)
Location: Spain
Languages: French (mandatory), English (professional level), Spanish (preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Solution Analyst with proven expertise in EKIP to join our team in Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of the projects for our financial services clients.

As a medior-level professional, you will work closely with clients, technical teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives while leveraging the full capabilities of the Linedata EKIP platform.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements

•Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders

•Translate business needs into functional specifications for the EKIP platform

•Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and EKIP standard functionality

•Document functional designs and solution architecture

Solution Design & Implementation

•Design and configure EKIP solutions to meet client requirements

•Participate in the implementation and deployment of EKIP modules

•Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)

•Provide expertise on EKIP best practices and standard configurations

Client & Stakeholder Management

•Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams

•Conduct workshops and presentations to gather requirements and present solutions

•Provide functional support and troubleshooting for EKIP-related issues

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

•Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation

•Develop user guides and training materials

•Contribute to the team's knowledge base and best practices

•Mentor junior team members on EKIP functionality

Pré-requis du poste

Experience

•3-5 years of experience as a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant

•Hands-on experience with Linedata EKIP platform (implementation, configuration, or support)

•Experience in the financial services industry (asset management, fund administration, or investment management)

•Proven track record of successful project delivery

Technical Skills

•Strong knowledge of Linedata EKIP modules and functionalities

•Understanding of financial instruments, operations, and workflows

•Proficiency in requirements gathering and functional design methodologies

•Experience with testing methodologies and tools

•Familiarity with SQL and data analysis

Languages

French: Fluent (mandatory)

English: Professional working proficiency

Spanish: Professional level (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience with other Linedata solutions (LongView, Mlink, Global Hedging)

•Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related fields

•Knowledge of ITIL or Agile methodologies

•Experience working in a multicultural and distributed team environment

•Understanding of regulatory requirements in financial services (MiFID II, UCITS, AIFMD)

•Experience with data migration and system integration projects
